The Graph feature for each document type (i.e Quotes) in Documents on the Default ribbon, allows you to filter, analyse and view your Quotes in a graph using various options to include or exclude in the graph, i.e.: 

  • Document types - Select the Quotes document type. 
  • Document status - Select All, Posted, Unposted (Open), Confirmed Quotes. 
  • Filter options - Select the various options to include or exclude data to be included in the graph, etc. 

The following two (2) graph reports to analyse Quotes, which are posted and / or confirmed, for a specific period, may be printed:

  • Graph - Quotes per month - Quantities - displays the total quantities of items on the "Quantity shipped" field of Quotes per month in a bar chart. 
  • Graph - Quotes per month - Turnover - displays the total selling price amount (exclusive of tax (VAT/GST/Sales tax)) of Quotes per month in a bar chart.

This graph only includes Quotes which are posted and / or confirmed. Unconfirmed or open Quotes will be NOT be included in this graph.

To print Graph - Quotes per month reports: 

  1. On the Reports ribbon, select User reports → Graphs → Graphs per month →  Sales → Quotes per period. 

  1. Select the following:
    1. Report - Select the Graph - Quotes per month - Quantities or Graph - Quotes per month - Amount report.
    2. Period - Select a period on the Per period tab. You may click on the Free selection tab to select a specific date or a range of dates to include in the graph. 
  1. Click on the OK button.

  1. Vertical Axis - The total quantities on Quotes per month.   
  2. Horizontal Axis - This is the Year and Month ("YYYYMM" format) in the calendar year. 
  3. Totals - Quantities - The total quantities of all Quotes for the selected period.

  3. Exclusive total - The total amount (exclusive of tax (VAT/GST/Sales tax)) of all Quotes for the selected period.
