The Calculator is not available on the Setup ribbon (Tools) in osFinancials5. The calculator is integrated on specific amount fields, on which you may perform certain calculations and transfer the results into the amount fields.

To access the Calculator:

  1. The Calculator's buttons may also be launched from the Credit limit and Charge amount fields of the Accounting information tab of the Debtor / Creditor accounts.

When focus on certain amount fields, you may press the Ctrl + F4) keys to launch the Calculator. 
  1. You may do your calculations. Once a calculation has been completed, the result is transferred to the input field.
